Even after work, coming back home we are engaged with our mobiles without apprehending that it is our family time. Here my readers would agree with me that social media impacted youth so much. Sitting in the middle of our family we use mobiles and laptops by completely destroying our family catch up time.

The comfortable environment for an employee is having a good boss and colleague. But on the top, the factor that matters for an employee to have a comfortable environment is that there should be no discrimination among employees.
Discrimination could be of gender, religion, and job role. Regulating respect and fairness in a company will achieve an employee’s mental peace. Concurrently he needs the same mental peace from his/her home. As a result, he/she would be able to maintain equilibrium in work-life balance.
In the US several programs have been designed to help federal employees better understand and learn time management between work and their personal life. It resulted in their high commitment to work.
