Do you believe that career advisors can be fake? Yes, career guider may also be fake because some people do counseling just for business. Their foremost aim to earn money without much caring about some one’s future.
They are not properly trained, qualified and have no enough experience to understand the psychological behavior of people. When you get help from such kind of guider then later your decision may go wrong and you have to leave your profession.
For example, if someone has the skills of designing but you are putting him towards other activities like writing, accounting, or management programs. Then, after some time he will get bored of his job and have to switch his career.

Career planners always try to find out your weaknesses, strengths, skills, passions, and desires. If he did not judge you in a good manner then he will provide you the desired knowledge and options for a career.

For example, some companies hire students having a degree in B.Sc civil engineering and technology. Different companies need civil engineer as a design consultant or maybe a supervision consultant, or as a site engineer or just to register their company.
