  • For scheduling updates, you should use Buffer.
  • Agora pulse provides you with Facebook, Instagram. Twitter analytics
  • Tailwind lets you create videos and images on Instagram, Pinterest.
  • For running a Facebook advertisement, you should use Ad espresso.

9- Setting up Workshops

Problems faced by Married Women Student

There are many factors that affect the life of a student, e.g., COVID-19 and many others as well. It is human behavior to accept the outbound pressure and burden and modify himself/ herself accordingly.

Education is accepted to give information and assets that hold possibilities for monetary strengthening for a better job and social turn of events. Education is one of the most extensive necessities for advancement, easing destitution, improving wellbeing results and personal satisfaction, diminishing sex and social incongruities, and upgrading financial profitability. Instruction adds to financial development and efficiency just as supports work for national turn of events.

The mounting enthusiasm of ladies in further instruction as coherence in education must be continued and sustained. This will empower them to boost the advantages of cultural investment. Some women students are single and others are married; some have one child to look after and others have large, blended families. Whatever their situation and issues are, each woman has a unique story to tell.

A woman who is a student and married is distracted and has divided attention at home and at academic work. A woman, being a mother and a student, faces many problems. A similar sentiment was echoed in the United States where it was argued that managing to care for a child and devoting adequate time to academic work has not been an easy task for mothers.

1- Research by Hallman and Grant

Hallman and Grant (2004) identified missing class or lectures as one major challenge facing mothers in school. According to them, when the child falls sick the mother gives attention to the care of the child at the expense of their academic work. This suggests that even if a mother ignores a sick child because of her academic work it is likely she cannot concentrate.

Also, educators do not understand mothers who are in school. It is suggested that institutions need knowledge regarding the problem of mothers.

2- Research by Moreau and Kerner

Moreau and Kerner (2012) noticed little or lack of institutional support on campus for mothers. Lectures are re-scheduled in the evening or into the night at the time day-care or other childcare service providers have closed. This made childcare a problem.

According to Moreau & Kerner (2012), academic programmers disregard the need of women during pregnancy, childbirth, maternity leave, etc. Ignoring this creates an atmosphere of condemnation hence student-mothers feel their issue has not been given attention

Mothering and fathering is not normative on campus. Student mothers experience awkward pauses rendered by pregnant bodies on campus, struggle to navigate strollers in classrooms, and search to find clean and discreet places to feed their babies. Although sometimes subtle,
there are constant reminders in the social and physical environment of the university that graduate student parents and their children do not truly belong

Again, supervisors at a higher level of education are mostly men who do not understand mothers. Some of these lecturers are supervisors who will not supervise a woman who has children. On the contrary, other professors understand the challenges of student-mothers.

3- Research by Dr. Elizabeth Rodriquez

Dr. Elizabeth Rodriquez, a psychology professor, said. “If you are not married and there are issues it is easier to walk away or get out of that relationship than it would be for a married couple. Rodriquez said, Many married students often find motivational support from their spouse.

These students face additional stresses that the majority of their unmarried peers don’t have to consider. “Marriage is a much more involved relationship, so it can lead to more difficulties if the relationship is troubled,

Family and Academics

Married women suffer from both conflicting demands between family and academic work. Conflicts between the demands of academic work and motherhood, for example, childbearing and nursing time, pregnancy, and academic work; which means the progress of academic work is stopped or slowed down. While fathers or mothers without nursing babies could spend nights in the library or laboratory researching, nursing mothers without reliable childcare facilities cannot do that

“If the loved ones are involved in the process to help the student succeed then it is a group effort rather than one. Married students face challenges against the other. If each member of the relationship can see the value in the success than it usually works better and having the support is more beneficial.”

Conclusion

Obviously, the social life of a married student is vastly different from that of a single one. While single students have roommates, married students often live in married housing or off-campus. This can sometimes isolate a married couple and disconnect them from the student community. To combat this, it’s important to stay active within the college. Joining student organizations, clubs, fraternities and sororities, and athletic teams can help keep you connected to the school community and bring about a well-round perspective on the college experience.

Additionally, oftentimes one member of the married couple is in college and the other is not. This can bring about issues of trust, support and financial burden. Utmost in importance, throughout a student’s studies, is a supportive spouse. Without communicating expectations before enrollment, there are often feelings of distrust, resentment, and even envy.

In short, married students encounter a unique set of challenges as they progress through college. Married college students have much different responsibilities than the traditional student, with increased financial pressures, differing social experiences, and a partner with whom they must plan their future. While being married in college can be difficult.

In this article, we will talk about the qualities that belong to every strong woman. The qualities are the trademark of every lady out there. Women who are striving to bring change in her life. They have started startups and there are many women running empires.

What is Success?

Being successful doesn’t mean how much you earn? How much is your bank balance? And how much expensive clothes are you wearing? Physical appearance counts but the most important thing one can talk about is

  • how much empowerment you have got?
  • how often people talk about your integrity
  • how much stronger character you have built during your struggle period.

Qualities of Successful Women

Women who are successful and have achieved something, have some common traits. Let us discuss what are the qualities that best describe a strong woman, which leads her to be successful.

1.  She is Self-assertive

More power to the lady who has the quality of self-assertiveness. An indecisive girl will not be appreciated in the workplace. A strong-willed and determined lady is always a successful lady. She knows when to make a decision and how to stand by it.

2. She is Sensible and Understanding

When it comes to understanding others’ points of view, a woman can use empathy as a tool for understanding others (no emotions or sentiments). While working she can be more decisive, and this can help her generate constructive ideas.

3. She is passionate about her Career

A girl is more passionate than a man when it comes to love someone or about having a successful career. She knows how to give her best in making her life and career meaningful. When it comes to independence, she is a wolf who can fight for her single-handedly. More power to her passion.

4. She is confident about herself and her Decisions

When it comes to achieving goals, she is the most confident creature in this world. To dream about her successful career is the right of every lady out there and if she can dream it then she can achieve it confidently. Confidence is the key to success.

5. She is Open to Build New Networks

There is no harm in building ethical work relationships with others. One can learn from other people and can also enhance the knowledge of others. Mutual learning can make you a better person at work and expand your exposure to work. That’s why, when it comes to learning, women are seen as more prone towards building networks and learning environments.

Calculated risks at work tend to have more success over time.

The dynamics of the work environment possesses a huge impact on working women, as working at home and working outside the home are two different jobs. It is said that resilience is one of the greatest strengths of a woman and this makes women even stronger than men. One can say a working woman is a wonder/ superwoman.

9. She is a Leader with Effective Communication Skill

She is a leader who communicates with her subordinates effectively and efficiently. Communication is not limited to speak only; it also includes reading and nonverbal communication. With these skills, she builds relationships within and outside the organization.

10. She is a Mentor

A woman is always ready to support and guide her subordinates. She never tries to let down her teammates. She is a coach and by trusting her fellow beings she creates a bond with them that leads her towards the level of a mentor.

With vast options of freelancers out in the market, what are some things you should look for before hiring a freelancer? How to make the experience successful with a freelancer?  

Finding the right freelancer should be done in a proper format. Not all freelancers out there will satisfy you. Some will take the payment and won’t respond or will give you a low-quality service. Others will give you a high-quality product that you have been hoping for. 

Where to locate Freelancers? 

There are many options to find a freelancer. They can be found on platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour to name a few.

These platforms provide numerous numbers of freelancers specializing in many fields like voice-overs, graphic designing, content writing, and many more.  

They are easily accessible for all employers and free to use. These platforms are properly designed to reduce the number of frauds in the freelancing world as it provides the facility of Escrow.

Moreover, communication between the employer and the freelancer is convenient. To conclude, these platforms are handy to get the job done. 

Payment 

It can be quite confusing when it comes to choosing a freelancer when it comes to cost. Freelancers can cost from as minimum as $5 to $5000 and beyond. Although tempting, going for the lowest cost is not always a good idea.  

In freelancing, good pay results in good quality. Likewise, low pay can lead you to not so experienced freelancers. But, however, this is not always the case. There are unexperienced fresh freelancers that can give outstanding results with minimal payment to get the experience they need.

Setting Milestones and getting updates 

When an employer has a lengthy project at hand with a freelancer, then it is crucial to set milestones. No employer wants to wait for weeks only to find out that the project is at its initial stage!

A proper milestone schedule with payment details should be finalized with the freelancer before starting the project. Another benefit of milestones is that it gives the freelancer encouragement and the trust to give excellent performance.  

Feedback / Reviews

Moreover, feedbacks and updates of the project should go back and forth among the client and freelancer. The greater the number of feedbacks, the better the result.
