Normal Business Growth in Pandemics

Last Updated on July 29, 2021 By Rizwan Hassan Shah Leave a Comment

Has the pandemic influenced your company, and you are worried about the normal growth of your business? You could also get right back on your feet and begin to break new grounds. All you need to do is adjust your small business to the new normal by believing otherwise and being tactical in every situation.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ABUNDANCE

Your firm might face a surplus of resources in comparison to recent market demand trends. By way of instance, a food company might find its drivers and trucks idled after school and restaurants working hours. You can utilize these resources to get extra money by communicating with farmers and wholesalers to transport their products to retailers. This will be a win-win situation for everyone, providers will get a chance to offer the product in the market, retailers may restock their shelves faster, and the corporation may generate a good amount of profit with the classical example of Human Resource Management.

You may also think of expanding or making your business flexible according to the recent development in market trends. For example, the food company stated earlier can shift from delivering produce to creating boxes of produce and attempting to sell them online. This will make a bond to sell product or service directly to the consumers– although it might demand an alternative promotion plan associated with a high level of risk-taking abilities.

ADDRESS PEOPLE’S FUTURE AND CURRENT DEMANDS

Undoubtedly, the priorities of people change with time; according to the current scenario what your customer needed pre-pandemic might have shifted to their low priority list now. Predicting future demands is easiest if you communicate to industry peers, providers, and partners to tap into some other trends they may be seeing. Their opinions might help spark a few ideas.

CONSIDER DEVELOPING A DIGITAL VERSION OF YOUR OFFERING

The internet is proving to become a savior for most organizations. Attempting to sell services and products on an e-commerce website is a clear opportunity, but service organizations do this, too. Trainers and salons have gotten a great deal of focus on moving sessions online, and creative thinking will help you maneuver the most concrete adventures on the web as well — something as sensory wine tasting. By way of instance, an organization called hosting wine tasting events in pubs, restaurants, and hotels took an enormous hit with all the execution of social bookmarking. However, it currently delivers blossoms to clients’ homes and online videos of its provider’s founder/sommelier to educate clients about wine with creative thinking.

PRODUCE A NEW PATH FOR YOUR OFFERING

With consumers and businesses cutting back on costs, lowering barriers to get has gotten crucial. Some methods for doing so are practical, like providing curb-side delivery and pickup. Others call for re-packaging, bundling, or re-marketing existing offerings in a way that speech the new ordinary. Some bakeries are earning up a portion of this lost revenue by way of instance purchasing DIY bread-making kits. And, a few furniture businesses, visiting a decline in the need for games tables and occasional seats, today sell them desks and seats for home offices — services and products that demand has grown.

ACCEPT THE MODIFICATIONS

The first and most crucial thing to adjust your business to the new normal would always be to accept the changes and adopt the new normal. Waiting for your business to return on track before you continue your business could be the wrong move because things could never return to exactly the way in which they were.

THINK TECHNOLOGY

Businesses were dependent on innovation and technology before the pandemic. Technology can be the future of the world of business. The most recent trend as the pandemic started would always be to displace manpower using technology. For that, the company continues without undermining the lives of all its employees.

CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS MODEL

Reinvent your organization, align your enterprise plans with society’s shifting needs and produce a company model. That is easy, cheap, and could allow one to remain in operation while bringing your finest.

INVOLVE YOUR WORKERS

The company community has gotten to a degree where you must call your employees at the decision-making procedure. This provides them an awareness of responsibility for the growth of your business. This also leaves them involved with the rise of the business enterprise. Assessing your employees may assist the business enterprise in correcting well and experiencing growth.

CONCENTRATE ON YOUR CUSTOMERS

For the constant and firm growth of your business, you need to first listen to your customers. Try to satisfy their rising requirement to get the most out of these shifting attitudes and behavior. You can achieve it by running a questionnaire and asking for feedback. This is the ideal time for you to conduct market research and receive all of the data you require. In this manner, you’d learn whether you’re on the perfect path.

STAY CONNECTED

Transitioning from the existing covid state (Covid-19) to healing condition ( Post-covid-19) necessitates staying connected to the outside world. The inquiry; ‘what exactly is working or no longer employed by different organizations?’ It should be inquired as frequently as you possibly can.

ADOPT A MOBILE STRATEGY

Since the start of the outbreak, nearly all organizations switched to remote working. Business owners should work in their communication platform by utilizing a mobile strategy to acquire employees ready to go.

CONCENTRATE ON ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION

To save money, many organizations are cutting off their marketing and advertising budgets. Therefore, any business targeted on advertisements and promotions may receive all of the attention it takes today.

COLLABORATION, VERSATILITY, AND LIABILITY

The ideal period for flexibility, cooperation, and liability in business is currently. Adopting systems like informal connections and remote work will help develop a more flexible, capable, and much better work. Not only can this make your employees happy, however, but it is also going to even provide your business the exposure that it needs.

RISK MANAGEMENT METHODS

Organizations ought to benefit from this possibility to prepare a risk management approach. The pandemic is sufficient enlightenment for companies to learn that they need to put measures to spot, assess, track and mitigate the effect of risk within their business later on.

“I will become American President One Day”

Last Updated on November 17, 2020 By Rizwan Hassan Shah Leave a Comment

This is one of the famous most wishes of Mr Joe Biden. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is an American politician and the president-elect of the United States. Joe Biden defeated incumbent Donald Trump in the 2020 United States presidential election. He will become the 46th president on January 20, 2021. Joe Biden was born on November 20, 1942 (age 77 years) in Scranton, PA.

Early Years

Long before reaching one of the highest political offices in the nation, Joe Biden grew up in the Scranton. His father, Joseph Biden Sr., worked cleaning furnaces and as a used car salesman. His mother was Catherine Eugenia “Jean”.Finnegan. Biden credits his parents with instilling in him toughness, hard work and perseverance. Biden attended St. Paul’s Elementary School in Scranton. In 1955, when he was 13 years old, the family moved to Mayfield, Delaware. A rapidly growing middle-class community sustained primarily by the nearby DuPont chemical company.

Biden attended the St. Helena School until he gained acceptance into the prestigious Archmere Academy. He had to work by washing the school windows and weeding the gardens to help his family afford tuition. Biden had long dreamed of attending the school, which he called “the object of my deepest desire, my Oz. “At Archmere, Biden was a solid student and, despite his small size, a standout receiver on the football team”. He was a skinny kid,” his coach remembered, “but he was one of the best pass receivers I had in 16 years as a coach.” Biden graduated from Archmere in 1961.

College and Law School

Biden attended the nearby University of Delaware, where he studied history and political science and played football. He would later admit that he spent his first two years of college far more interested in football, girls and parties than academics. But he also developed a keen interest in politics during these years, spurred in part by the inspiring inauguration of John F. Kennedy in 1961.

Fell ass over the tin cup in love — at first sight

On a spring break trip to the Bahamas during his junior year, Biden met a Syracuse University student named Neilia Hunter and, in his own words, “fell ass over the tin cup in love — at first sight.” Encouraged by his new love, he applied himself more fully to his studies and was accepted into the Syracuse University Law School upon his graduation from Delaware in 1965. Joe Biden and Hunter married the next year, in 1966.

Biden was at best a mediocre law student. During his first year at Syracuse, he flunked a class for failing to cite a reference to a law review article properly. Although he claimed it was an accidental oversight, the incident would haunt him later in his career.

Early Political Career

After graduating from law school in 1968, Biden moved to Wilmington, Delaware, to begin practising at a law firm. He also became an active member of the Democratic Party, and in 1970. He was elected to the New Castle County Council. While serving as councilman, in 1971, Biden started his law firm.

In addition to his increasingly busy professional life, Biden had three children. Joseph Biden III (born in 1969), Hunter Biden (born in 1970) and Naomi Biden (born in 1971). “Everything was happening faster than I expected,” Biden said about his life at the time.

Presidential Ambitions

In 1987, Biden decided to run for the U.S. presidency after one of Washington’s most prominent Democratic lawmakers. He dropped out of the Democratic primary, however, after reports surfaced that he had plagiarized part of a speech.

Biden had suffered severe headaches during the campaign. Shortly after he dropped out in 1988, doctors discovered that he had two life-threatening brain aneurysms. The complications of his brain surgery led to blood clots in his lungs. In turn, caused him to undergo another surgery. Always resilient, Biden returned to the Senate after surviving a seven-month recovery period.

2020 Election Win

Whatever it are students or parents or politicians or social activists, everyone is upset. Now the Life after COVID is getting set normal by God’s will. The COVID-19 has disturbed the whole life cycle of the globe yet the Americans were eagerly waiting for the election. On November 7, 2020, four days after election day, Biden was declared as the 46th president-elect after winning Pennsylvania. Along with earning a record 74 million-plus votes, he set to become the oldest president in the nation’s history.

“America, I’m honoured that you have chosen me to lead our great country,” Joe Biden tweeted. “The work ahead of us will be hard, but I promise you this: I will be a President for all Americans — whether you voted for me or not. I will keep the faith that you have placed in me.”

Life after Corona Virus (COVID-19)

Last Updated on October 13, 2020 By Rizwan Hassan Shah Leave a Comment

I have been dreaming about what life after COVID-19 would be like. I could not recall how many days of physical distance we have experienced until I surely sat down and reflect on it. The weeks tend to bind together, because the period at the house today seems close, earlier today, and the days before. But if we require to do it to get rid of COVID-19, so be it. We’ll try to divide ourselves and establish physical isolation from others as long as it takes.

I kept on thinking for a long that how will we kill our times in lockdown and quarantined duration. I also question myself if life would ever be the same as always before this outbreak. While I cannot be positive, I believe that it would not. One of my dreams is that as a human race we can re-evaluate the life we used to live and consider what’s relevant, including spending time together as a family.

Moreover, to relaxing down and to take care of ourselves, when we are isolating, mother earth still recovers. It’s a big hypothesis that COVID is not any disease even. I hope we rethink our former standard when this pandemic finally finishes, and our daily routines return.

We have to handle ourselves and our world kinder, understand life’s fragility and acknowledge that in a second everything may shift. A virus has effectively shut down the planet, after all, and we couldn’t have stopped it.

Everything was normal, until February 2020. I was going back home to get ready for my exam when I receive a message “Due to the worsening situation of Covid-19 your test has been canceled”. I read the message again and again. It was my last chance to get admission in the university, I was already devastated because of the cancellation of admission in a reputable European University. So, I thought we will be moving to Online Educational System

What will happen now? Will I be able to get admission in the next batch? Will they open the admission again? What will happen to us? Can we survive this pandemic or not? Are we prepared for this pandemic? My brain said “No”, my heart said, “Yes”. All things are going very correctly.

As of April 1st, we still don’t know how long this unusual situation will last. In this pandemic, strict lockdown is applied in infected countries. Social distancing is the priority against the spread of coronavirus. No more handshakes and hugging. Thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, we learned a lot about personal hygiene and how to wash our hands. These chronic changes will likely stick, and people will care about their hygiene more.

Increased cases of Covid-19 forced hospitals to redistribute all their resources to care for Coronavirus patients and stop most non-emergency care in hospitals. This increased the need and use of telemedicine. This coronavirus crisis opens the door for us to create more empathetic societies that acknowledge how we are all connected and that our planet should be directed for the generations to come.

Chief Seattle once said, “Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatsoever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.” We are now on the cusp of many critical decisions. The pandemic should motivate us to throwback on the power of our communal will. With the start of 2020, we have been in surprise with so many natural disasters.

We have been in lockdown like forever. Finally, now that this virus is getting away from our life day by day. Still, there is a fear of reinfection. As Dr. Steptimus warns “Reinfection with Coronavirus is possible However there is not a confirmed case yet”

Most of us are waiting for the vaccine to come but still, some people are just that fearless as nothing will happen again, this positivity is good to some extent but still, we need to know the importance of self-precautions.

In short, life after COVID-19 would not be the same. That surely will be “The Ingenious us” kind of thing. We will be touching things, meeting people, and visiting places with the fear of the virus; however, we can enjoy our life with the maximum of it by taking the precautions as one day it will vanish away.

Problems faced by Married Women Student

Last Updated on June 21, 2020 By Rizwan Hassan Shah Leave a Comment

There are many factors that affect the life of a student, e.g., COVID-19 and many others as well. It is human behavior to accept the outbound pressure and burden and modify himself/ herself accordingly.

Education is accepted to give information and assets that hold possibilities for monetary strengthening for a better job and social turn of events. Education is one of the most extensive necessities for advancement, easing destitution, improving wellbeing results and personal satisfaction, diminishing sex and social incongruities, and upgrading financial profitability. Instruction adds to financial development and efficiency just as supports work for national turn of events.

The mounting enthusiasm of ladies in further instruction as coherence in education must be continued and sustained. This will empower them to boost the advantages of cultural investment. Some women students are single and others are married; some have one child to look after and others have large, blended families. Whatever their situation and issues are, each woman has a unique story to tell.

A woman who is a student and married is distracted and has divided attention at home and at academic work. A woman, being a mother and a student, faces many problems. A similar sentiment was echoed in the United States where it was argued that managing to care for a child and devoting adequate time to academic work has not been an easy task for mothers.

1- Research by Hallman and Grant

Hallman and Grant (2004) identified missing class or lectures as one major challenge facing mothers in school. According to them, when the child falls sick the mother gives attention to the care of the child at the expense of their academic work. This suggests that even if a mother ignores a sick child because of her academic work it is likely she cannot concentrate.

Also, educators do not understand mothers who are in school. It is suggested that institutions need knowledge regarding the problem of mothers.

2- Research by Moreau and Kerner

Moreau and Kerner (2012) noticed little or lack of institutional support on campus for mothers. Lectures are re-scheduled in the evening or into the night at the time day-care or other childcare service providers have closed. This made childcare a problem.

According to Moreau & Kerner (2012), academic programmers disregard the need of women during pregnancy, childbirth, maternity leave, etc. Ignoring this creates an atmosphere of condemnation hence student-mothers feel their issue has not been given attention

Mothering and fathering is not normative on campus. Student mothers experience awkward pauses rendered by pregnant bodies on campus, struggle to navigate strollers in classrooms, and search to find clean and discreet places to feed their babies. Although sometimes subtle,
there are constant reminders in the social and physical environment of the university that graduate student parents and their children do not truly belong

Again, supervisors at a higher level of education are mostly men who do not understand mothers. Some of these lecturers are supervisors who will not supervise a woman who has children. On the contrary, other professors understand the challenges of student-mothers.

3- Research by Dr. Elizabeth Rodriquez

Dr. Elizabeth Rodriquez, a psychology professor, said. “If you are not married and there are issues it is easier to walk away or get out of that relationship than it would be for a married couple. Rodriquez said, Many married students often find motivational support from their spouse.

These students face additional stresses that the majority of their unmarried peers don’t have to consider. “Marriage is a much more involved relationship, so it can lead to more difficulties if the relationship is troubled,

Family and Academics

Married women suffer from both conflicting demands between family and academic work. Conflicts between the demands of academic work and motherhood, for example, childbearing and nursing time, pregnancy, and academic work; which means the progress of academic work is stopped or slowed down. While fathers or mothers without nursing babies could spend nights in the library or laboratory researching, nursing mothers without reliable childcare facilities cannot do that

“If the loved ones are involved in the process to help the student succeed then it is a group effort rather than one. Married students face challenges against the other. If each member of the relationship can see the value in the success than it usually works better and having the support is more beneficial.”

Conclusion

Obviously, the social life of a married student is vastly different from that of a single one. While single students have roommates, married students often live in married housing or off-campus. This can sometimes isolate a married couple and disconnect them from the student community. To combat this, it’s important to stay active within the college. Joining student organizations, clubs, fraternities and sororities, and athletic teams can help keep you connected to the school community and bring about a well-round perspective on the college experience.

Additionally, oftentimes one member of the married couple is in college and the other is not. This can bring about issues of trust, support and financial burden. Utmost in importance, throughout a student’s studies, is a supportive spouse. Without communicating expectations before enrollment, there are often feelings of distrust, resentment, and even envy.

In short, married students encounter a unique set of challenges as they progress through college. Married college students have much different responsibilities than the traditional student, with increased financial pressures, differing social experiences, and a partner with whom they must plan their future. While being married in college can be difficult.

COVID-19 and Online Educational System

Last Updated on June 3, 2020 By Rizwan Hassan Shah Leave a Comment

The global pandemic of COVID-19 is a health catastrophe. The coronavirus began as a life-threatening epidemic, but this outbreak will create lasting changes in the way we live and work. Unimportant businesses were shut down and government officials – at state and federal levels – told citizens to stay home.

Schools were closed, forcing college students to stay indoors. For almost everyone who works and studies at home, online video calls have become a way to go and interact with colleagues and friends.

Policymakers claim that: “With the schools closed, we make the biggest test of online teaching and homework. As soon as glitches have been worked out, online education will have proved to be an effective form of education. While there, usage will jump up. It will be used in conjunction with traditional human learning. The cost of college can be greatly reduced as more students will love online courses.”

Every country that is suffering from COVID-19 has made legitimate and immediate decisions to shut down academic institutions like schools, colleges, and universities. This health calamity has given rise to the conundrum which is being majorly faced by policymakers of every country.

At the start, the policymakers were in confusion about whether to keep academic institutions shut down or re-open them. This disruption also has posed many problems to the parents of students as it gave a wave of disruption to their productivity along with disrupting student’s social life as well as academic life. The education system has been transferred to the online platform.

School assessments also have been transferred to the online but they have chances of trial, error, and uncertainty. Many examinations also have been canceled due to this issue and these cancellations are not done for the short term, they have long term consequences that are faced by students and faculty members.

Going to schools, colleges and universities have always been the best public policy for improving the skills of students. Even if the school is missed for a shorter period of time, it leaves a long-term consequence on student’s lives.

During the crisis situation, most of the educational opportunities have been missed by the students. To overcome this type of crisis and not letting this pandemic result in the loss of education systems, the policymakers have introduced online platforms where classes can be conducted. School closures not only impacts students, teachers, and families but far-reaching economic and social consequences.

School closure in response to COVID-19 has enlightened us on a variety of social and economic issues, including student debt, digital literacy, nutrition, homes, and access to child care, health care, housing, internet, and services.

Closure of schools, colleges, and universities have resulted in postponing and cancellation of examinations and assessments. Child’s progress can’t be reported to teachers and parents as it was reported before the pandemic. This pandemic has caused the lockdown of academic institutions which has disadvantages on the front line but is also good for some people.

It also has some benefits. For instance, in Norway, it has been decided that all 10th-grade students are going to get their high school degree. It is a mistake to believe that online reading can work by posting tutor notes online or video recording while in conversation.

However, this is what is happening the most right now.

Unplanned internet delivery will have an impact on the quality of programs. This is unfortunate at a time when great achievements have been made in improving the quality of teaching and learning in tertiary institutions.

Experience has shown that online learning quality requires instructional materials to be prepared by a trained instructional designer. The instructor should be trained to administer the program and that students are equally open to online learning.

In the section of higher education like universities and colleges, they have not canceled the exams. They have replaced traditional examination systems with the online educational system.

But majorly, graduate’s careers have been severely interrupted by this lockdown. In their final part of the studies, they have faced many interruptions. Most likely, they are going to get their graduation degree when the global recession will be initiated.

Need of the Hour

Now the solutions to overcome problems caused by academic institutions are being designed by policymakers. Schools, universities, and colleges must be provided with resources to rebuild their course’s loss once they are opened again.

The uncertain situation should be released at once to overcome the mental barriers of students. It will help escalate the confusion of the minds of students.

Mental Barriers of Students and their Remedies

Last Updated on May 17, 2020 By Rizwan Hassan Shah Leave a Comment

The term “Mental” is related to the state of the human mind and its psychology. The sense of a person works in such a way that it generates different impulses for different kinds of tasks, and our mind works well with the help of intellectual functions performed by our brain. If the human mind is kept away from psychological disorders, the aging process delays.

Psychological disorders include depression, stress, loss of appetite, OCD, and anxiety issues. These disorders have led students to give up easily and go broke. The major reason behind that is our education system.

Since a student is expected to stay busy with school/ college or university, from the dawn till dusk. This leads a student to develop anxiety and depression in his/ her personality and behavior.

Apart from the education system, being a little hindrance in the way of a student’s academic life, there is another major factor. That factor is societal norms and curricula.

Every society holds two types of factors: Encouragement as well as discouragement. These factors exert pressure on students such as social, academic load, stress and financial burdens. These effects a student life in a very bad manner. Students feel overwhelmingly anxious.

In accordance with the survey made “National College Health Assessment”, it is reported that 30% of the students were hopeless and heartless and had lost will-power whereas 20% had developed symptoms of being depressed and anxious. This makes them stay dull and tired, which affects their academic performance.

Depression affects cognitive functioning of the brain. This is the mental health problem, and it triggers the thinking problems of the students. It can build memory problems in student. Depression contributes to learning disabilities and leads to low performance in the school.

Those students who suffer from disorders like depression and anxiety have poor performance due to lack of participating in class, no relationship with peers, class fellows and teachers, mental disorders really influence academic performance.

Mental Barriers cause poor performance in the overall routine of a student. As Personality Grooming is a key factor in achieving success. But these mental barriers cause a full stop for Personality Grooming in student life.

The bad academic performance in the encouraging factor for underachievement. A student’s unpredictable performance is the major sign that indicates towards developing depression and anxiety.

For instance, a student does one task in an incredible way, but cannot do another task; this is a sign of anxiety and depression. When, for the long-term, these mental orders are not addressed or treated on time, they can create many long term side effects on child’s mind. It can cause them to forget things easily and make them not being able to socialize and interact.

Responsibilities of the Elders

Mental disorders have physical side effects too like fatigue, nausea and illness. A college is a stressful place for many teens, so it is very important for parents, friends, faculty, and counselors to get involved if they suspect a student has depression. In order to solve the issues that pose a hindrance in the way of student’s education lives, there are many solutions.

  1. The academic institutes must introduce services, i.e. psychiatric and counseling, so that students may not struggle.
  2. Students activities must be kept in check since the adolescent stages of his/ her life.
  3. More specifically, the students must be taken care of during their puberty stages
  4. The academic institutions, media, and counseling services should work together to sort out this problem.
  5. Students must be made feel free to expose themselves in front of their teachers, parents, and counselors.

Remedies of Mental Barriers of Students

There are seven remedies outlined below that can be used to overcome the mental barrier that acts as an obstacle in students’ academic life:

  1. Psychotherapy engagement rather than letting students coping alone
  2. Medication is better than suffering, and it really helps one out to feel more relaxed, happy and stress-free
  3. Healthy workouts and exercises for mindfulness
  4. Contemplating in nature: this factor is revealed by the philosophical model that “spending time in nature and connecting with it reduces depression and relaxes one’s mind
  5. Putting up with positive vibes and setting better social connections
  6. Improvement of Nutrition and having a balanced diet, as there is saying you are what you eat so one should always eat well to stay healthy and relaxed
  7. Avoiding alcohol consumption and usage of drugs
  8. The setting of healthy boundaries recognizes self-worth and achieve settled goals. These can work out the mental barriers to the students and their academic lives.

How Personality Grooming Helps you in Securing Success

Last Updated on May 7, 2020 By Rizwan Hassan Shah 2 Comments

Grooming is meant to make you feel better about yourself.”

Jonathan Van Ness

Grooming simply means how you feel about your appearance and personality. It is directly associated with your feelings. For example, you will be following different dress codes while going for a birthday party and a funeral ceremony, etc. Clearly there will be two converse options in both these cases.

It is not inherited to be a well-groomed person, neither it is reserved only for the wealthy or modern ones. Anyone can be a well-groomed person if one puts in a little extra investment of time in him/her. So, in this era of competition, one should know the worth and importance of Personal Grooming. One can develop Personality Grooming habits if he/she personalize his/her personality accordingly. One should be good at following his/her own grooming advice.

Grooming is a technique to maintain your attitude and it is typically related to behavior. Animals and Birds spend noteworthy time in taming their bodies. This preening and grooming behavior is found in almost all species of animals.

In mankind, factors like personal grooming, moral grooming, social grooming, and character-building have a major role in furnishing a healthy social life. Personal grooming is an important factor to be bothered about for your social values. It is an utmost necessity for everyone irrespective of gender or nature of the profession.

Which factors are depicted by your personality?

  • Your Professionalism: Your profession itself demands you to be well-groomed. As in any profession, and hence your personality directly depicts your worth in professionalism.
  • Your Sophistication: The body language and tone reflect one’s sophistication. One should be something in between modernity and modesty. One should have both these traits, but some limits are to be observed in both cases.
  • Your Credibility: The worth and credibility of a person are evident from its personality. Anyhow, one should have an eagle eye to look deep inside the body.
  • Your Intelligence: Same as credibility, intelligence, and exposure of mind can also be predicted by one’s personality. The more one is educated, the more tamed he/she will be.

Why well-groomed persons are more successful at work?

A groomed person shows a great radiance of self-esteem. It boosts the self-confidence of the individual. This gives him extra pleasure and comfort to live a happy life.

Consider yourself going for some job interview. You will keenly take care of your dress code, shoe selection, fragrance selection, etc. As a whole, these parameters have a major role in your selection for any position. Yo know that as the first impression is the last impression.

To be more precise, you will look at the mirror once again before stepping in for an interview. So, in daily life routine too, we should pay heed to our character building.

As we know, professionalism, credibility, attractiveness, and the intelligence are associated with Personality. So a more well-groomed person will surely be more successful at work. In life, there are many ways to do things smarter.

These tacts which show a significant impact on your living standard and morality. Character-building and moral grooming are some of these smarter ways. Your dress code, shoes, hairstyle, skincare, perfume, shave, nails, and makeup all matter a lot in your personality.

Never stop worrying about these and keep them up to date as per the fashion. Adopt these norms and stand out as a figure among the ciphers

Impacts of COVID-19 on Students

Last Updated on November 24, 2021 By Rizwan Hassan Shah Leave a Comment

The world is under the siege of pandemics and its devastation across the globe has alarmed the whole of humanity. Currently, the whole world is lock-downed.

All the activities range from ordinary work to the global economic market that has been ceased by the spread of contagion. However, the outbreak of coronavirus across the world has threatened the liberal theory of “Capitalism”.

That theory was introduced by Adam Smith in the last quarter of the 18th century. Followers of his ideology have witnessed the era of great prosperity and rule over the world.

The US and European Nations have experienced a bulge in different fields like the Industrial, Agriculture, Banking, and educational sectors as well. These nations have some top world universities like Oxford, Cambridge, and Pennsylvania that have changed the whole educational system.

Similarly, these nations during the remote past era have witnessed many pandemics. Later, their discoveries helped them in fighting against pandemics that had been emerged in the aftermath of their outbreak.

Therefore, incumbent human civilization is witnessing the newly emerged coronavirus that has affected the whole world. It has leveled enormous pressure on the education system in Western as well as Eastern states.

However, students of universities, colleges, and schools have been refrained from their right to education by a coronavirus.

The effects of that pandemic on students in the west are cursory glance below

Financial Impact on Students

One of the crucial impacts that the virus has leveled on students is chalk off of financial support. According to statistical data of reports, approximately 20 million people have lost their jobs owing to lock-down in New York after this outbreak.

However, the loss of the source of earnings may compel parents to refrain their children from enrolling in universities and colleges. Similarly, those students who have already been enrolled in educational institutions will hardly continue their education.

It has also been predicted that 15% enrolment will be reduced and that will also cause loss of huge revenue for private educational institutions.

Impacts on Foreign Students

Other than indigenous students, foreign students are on the verge of savages of the pandemic. Enormous students from different developing, as well as developed countries like China, India, Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, etc, are currently in Europe and the US, and their main means of earning have been vanquished in the aftermath of continuous lock-down.

However, they pay their education fairs through earning but today they are under severe pressure and may discontinue their education. There is a huge percentage of foreign students that may leave abroad and will never come back.

Digital Education and Corona Virus

In the post-modern era, when we are interconnected with the latest technology and can work more expeditiously than ever, these all achievements collapse betwixt the outbreak of the pandemic.

Today the schools, colleges, and universities are commencing online classes for students but during crises, an unprecedented issue has emerged with that digitalization.

Students in developing countries, as well as developed countries, are witnessing the uneven occupation of technology. Many institutions have reported a low percentage of attendance in online classes, approximately 50 percent of students remained to log out from online classes, or even they did not check their e-mail.

Therefore, the main reasons for backing these problems are numerous but the most crucial is the lack of internet service. In the United States, students in areas like Ohio, Taxes, and others, have no excess to the internet and they do not have enough resources owing to the loss of parents’ jobs.

Similarly, online classes need a strong network but qualities in these areas are persistently not adequate to meet the requirement. Other than that, students who were working on daily wages are now out of the capital to purchase network services.

Restrictions on Immigration

Another issue that may emerge on the screen is the restriction on immigration of students in American and European states. Currently, almost all states have restricted the movement of people, including businessmen, students, sovereigns, etc, beyond the border.

It is unclear how long the pandemic will remain and will foreign students be allowed to enroll in these countries? This question is crucial and must be tackled with durable measures because many developing countries send their students on scholarship in these developed countries.

However, restrictions on these students will bring gruesome consequences in the aftermath of the pro-long continuation of the pandemic.

Disturbance in the Education Cycle

Normally, we make policies regarding the examination and admission criteria of enrolment. Usually, these policies are carried out with little spike. But now it has become blatantly clear that these policies are going to be drastically changed because of the lock-down.

The lock-down will delay everything in the educational system even the criteria of admission too. The private sector is witnessing a huge chunk in revenue. And as per expectations, these institutions will drastically change their policies towards students.

However, delay in exams and enrollment of new students is inevitable but there are other things that are likely to be changed. Therefore, some universities may remove test criteria to enroll as much as possible students to meet their losses.

Similarly, in the case of continuation of the pandemic, will new students take admission or incumbent students continue to pay higher charges for online classes?

These institutions may surge their educational dues and there are enormous chances that student will leave their education in such circumstances.

Conclusion

Summing up the aforementioned discussion, we should have to acknowledge that the go-it-alone strategy will not bring fruitful outcomes. We need solidarity beyond the continents to topple down this vicious pandemic.

This has halted every activity or every sector of the world. Dubbing pandemics as “Chinese virus” or reprisal allegations will not help in mitigating the crises.

The international milieu has currently alluded to the wrangles of populist leaders. In the meantime, they should also take the education system under their discussion.

These educational institutions are the backbone of the economy and search. The recent allocation of emergency funds by President Trump is quite a huge amount but the education sector has received a little.

However, that amount for a crucial sector is too low but during crises, institutions must corporate with states and students. After all, high time solidarity is needed between the pillars of states to cope with the crises with a full heart
