The best timing for breakfast is 7 a.m. As for lunch, try to take it at 12:45 p.m. it is proving to be a great time for lunch. Your dinner should be before 7 p.m. and if you are working out, never do it with an empty stomach. It is not appreciated.
Even if you are not focusing on your diet, just make sure you are getting a few things regularly: proteins, fruit and vegetables, grains and dairy products.
